Our experienced ABA team consists of speech-language pathologists, psychologists, neuropsychologists, Licensed Behavioral Analysts (LBAs), Registered Behavior Technicians® (RBTs), and Board Certified Behavior Analysts® (BCBAs).

    Abigail has received her Associates in Early Childhood Education from Weber State University. She dedicated her time to aiding in special education classrooms for 5 years during high school. After graduating high school in 2021, she became an RBT at 18. She has a passion for working with kids and helping others. She found that working in ABA was a perfect fit and is on her way to earn further degrees while continuing her career in this field.

    Abigail has been working with people with disabilities since her freshman year in high school, starting as a teacher's aide in the special education class. Since then, she always knew she wanted to work in the special education field. Her journey started from wanting to be a special education teacher to speech pathologist to then finding her true love in ABA. She is currently going to school and working to become a BCBA. She has been working as an RBT with NBCG since 2019 and she is now the lead RBT for our RBT development team. She loves anything that involves being outdoors, playing games, and spending time with family and close friends.

    Ashlyn has been working as an RBT since March of 2021. She is currently attending Utah State studying psychology and plans to go on to receive a master’s degree in behavioral analysis. When she isn’t working, Ashlyn loves to spend time in the mountains hiking or mountain biking.

    BreAnnen (Bre) Cohen is a fun, engaging, and skilled RBT. She has been working with children in a variety of settings since 2013 and earned her Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in 2020. She has been working with children on the autism spectrum with NBCG since earning her certification. She has found her passion in helping her clients develop the daily living, social, academic, and emotional regulation skills needed to succeed. She has experience working with non-verbal children, PECS communication systems, Discreet Trial Training techniques, Natural Environment Training techniques, Safety Care de-escalation techniques, teaching programs to clients written by a qualified Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), as well as implementing Behavior Support Plans with clients as written by a qualified BCBA. She loves watching the progress her clients make and the rapport she gets to develop with her clients and their families.  Her absolute favorite part of her work is getting to celebrate every milestone with her clients, their families, and the ABA team assigned to the case.  In her personal time, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and watching a good documentary.

  • Caitlin Mckinzie, Registered Behavior Technician®

    Caitlin started in ABA services and NBCG at the end of 2021 providing quality service to NBCGS clients aged 2-12. Before working at Neuro, Caitlin worked with teenage girls transitioning out of residential homes into their own working/school life. Caitlin is currently working towards a social work degree at Weber State University, and will be continuing education for a Masters of Behavioral Analysis to work as a BCBA

    Casey is a master-level therapist and Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She has three years’ experience in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis and has worked with children and adults with autism since 2011. She completed her Master of Education in Child Studies and Applied Behavior Analysis from Vanderbilt University and has extensive training in social skill development, functional communication skill development, and treating moderate to severe problem behaviors. Casey loves working with children of all ages and has a special interest in working with parents of children with autism.

    Cindy Wood has been with NBCG for over a year as the ABA program administrator. Cindy relocated to Utah after 20 years working as the 1st deputy to the county clerk of Custer county, Oklahoma. Cindy and her husband are enjoying Utah living, especially the beautiful nature and mountains. Cindy enjoys spending time with her grandkids, family and her pets.

    Clio has been working as an RBT at NBCG since July of 2021. She is from the Washington, DC area and came to Utah to attend Utah State University and is currently working on earning her bachelor's degree in Psychology with a minor in Mental Health Advocacy and Awareness. She loves working with children and hopes to continue her education and go into the mental health counseling field in the future.

    I have been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since February 2021. Before becoming a BCBA, I was an RBT for 4 years. I have been with NBCG since 2017. During high school, I received my associates degree from Weber State University. I then went on to complete my bachelor’s degree in psychology with a minor in public health at the University of Utah in 2016. Most recently, I received my master’s degree in special education and ABA at the University of West Florida in May 2020. I was born and raised in northern Utah. After moving around for a few years, I came back to the same city I grew up in. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, relaxing and exploring the outdoors, painting, brush lettering, and cooking new foods.

    Annie (she/her) has been working with children, adolescents and adults with disabilities since 2003. She became a Board Certified Behavior Analyst in 2012. Annie is very passionate about using compassionate, assent-based and effective treatments to improve the lives of those she works with. Her specialties include increasing self-advocacy and communication as well as building autonomy and resilience.

    Erin has been working with children with autism and other developmental disabilities since 2013. She completed her master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2017 and became a BCBA in 2018. Erin has previous experience as a behavioral specialist in a school setting, teacher for an autism preschool, as well as a speech-language technician for three years. Her areas of expertise include early intervention, communication, and ABA in the school setting.

    Since 2016, Jaclyn has worked in the field of Behavior Analysis providing high-quality services to children ranging from 2 to 16 years old in the following settings: clinical setting, schools, and in-homes. Before that, she worked with young adults with disabilities, ages 18 to 30, where she supported and developed the client’s independent living skills as they transitioned to live on their own for the first time. In 2020, she graduated with a master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Florida Institute of Technology. Her areas of expertise included early intervention, teaching life skills, server problem behavior, and staff training.

    Jacob has been NBCG's Chief Operations Officer for over 2 years. He graduated from the University of Michigan Law School in spring 2019. He graduated with an associates degree in Sociology from Brigham Young university in 2016. Jacob was born in Russia, but grew up in Utah. He spent time Michigan and a law firm in New York City before returning to Utah in 2020 in the wake of the COVID pandemic. Jacob enjoys singing, listening to music, going on long, aimless walks through Salt Lake City and above all else, hanging out with his fur babies, Pillow, Reggie and Gigi.

    Jennifer graduated from Brigham Young University with a bachelor's degree in humanities. She was a writing tutor in college, taught elementary education in Mainland China, and has tutored adults getting their GED. She finished her BCaBA training at Florida Institute of Technology and her master's degree in Special Education and BCBA training at Arizona State University. She loves working with children of all abilities. Her personal interests include health, fitness, travel, and spending time with family and friends.

    I graduated from Utah Valley University with a bachelor's degree in Community Health with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration. I previously worked at a youth group home providing direct care to individuals with developmental disabilities.  I have a passion working with youth and helping others achieve their highest level of potential. In my free time, I love being outdoors paddle boarding, hiking, camping, and traveling.

    Kelci has been working with children since she was 16. Over the past 8 years, Kelci previously worked in tutoring centers and daycares before becoming a Registered Behavior Technician. Kelci currently resides on the RBT Development where she helps to train new staff and create training materials. She is a junior at Utah State University seeking a major in Psychology and a minor in mental health awareness and advocacy. Kelci deeply cares for each child she is trusted to work with and is always looking for new ways to make a difference.

    Kenedee earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology at Utah State University in December of 2018. After graduating, Kenedee took a break from school to find a career path that called out to her, and in early 2019, she started her first job working with children and fell in love. She has worked with children of all abilities and ages since then which led her to Neurobehavioral Center for Growth working as a Registered Behavioral Technician. Kenedee has fallen in love with Applied Behavior Analysis over the past year and has been accepted to Arizona State University to obtain a Master's Degree in Special Education ABA. She will be working as an intern through NBCG and is looking forward to becoming a BCBA in the next few years.

    Madison was first introduced to ABA in 2019 due to her interest in health, children, human development, and psychology. In 2020, she got her RBT certification and began working at NBCG. She quickly fell in love with all that being an RBT entails! She has experience working with children of all levels of functions as well as running ABA sessions in various locations such as in homes, at the day center, client’s schools, daycares, other community settings as well as remotely via Telehealth. She loves building relationships with the kids she works with and seeing them progress and unlock their full potentials.

    Madison gained her RBT credential in 2020. She has worked with younger children with autism and other learning abilities since 2015 as a part time nanny. She graduated from Woods Cross high school in 2019. Madison says, "I love being an RBT because it allows me to practice real teamwork and learn from all types of minds. It is one of the most rewarding things to watch my clients and families progress and work towards their goals. Being an RBT has taught me with a strong team, flexible mind, and strong heart you can accomplish many daring goals." In her free time, she loves riding four wheelers, spending time with her Aussie dog, and learning about animals.

    Megan received her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from Weber State University in 2018 and worked as a general educator for Davis School District with children ages 3-12 since 2016. She gained experience in Applied Behavior Analysis working one on one with children who have Autism as a Registered Behavior Technician from 2019-2021 and graduated with her Master of Arts in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism in 2020. She began working as a licensed Behavior Analyst in 2021. She has experience working in charter schools as a behavior specialist creating behavior plans for tier 3 students who struggle with severe aggression and working as part of an IEP team. She loves working with all ages and abilities. She enjoys learning how each child is uniquely motivated and loves building strong rapport with her clients. Her current specialization is in the Picture Exchange Communication System and Augmented and Alternative Communication devices for nonverbal individuals as well as providing individualized module trainings for parents of children with ASD.

    Sagen has been in the ABA field since 2014. He grew up with a younger brother on the autism spectrum, and he is fortunate to have been surrounded by differently abled friends and loved ones throughout his life. He is passionate about showing love and respect to all walks of life. One of Sagen’s first jobs was assisting a special needs soccer league run by his mother for over 10 years and has also taught private adapted swimming lessons since he was 14. Sagen has been a behavioral safety instructor for several years and has over 2 years experience working in special programs in public schools. He is frequently trusted with challenging cases. Over the last 8+ years, he has learned and continues to learn so much from his amazing clients ranging in age from 2 to 21. In his free time, he enjoys Dungeons and Dragons, disc golf, and playing the bass.

    Sara received her Bachelor of Science in psychology from Utah State University in 2020. She is currently finishing her Master of Science in special education and behavior analysis from Utah State University and aims to graduate and obtain her BCBA certification in 2023. She started working in ABA in 2018 and has previous experience with research, Cache County School District, and three years of experience at an early intervention center. She obtained her BCaBA certification in August 2022 and started working for NBCG soon after. At NBCG, Sara is the lead for the Logan team as well as an intern. She loves working with children of all ages and has a passion for communication and staff training.

    Sasha has worked with children in many different settings over the past 20 years beginning as an early childhood educator, acting in the supporting role as a paraprofessional in special education classrooms, as well as teaching in primary grade-level classrooms. She discovered the field of ABA in 2017 working as Registered Behavior Technician in Hawaii and completed her BCBA Internship in Germany in 2021.

    Sasha is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst driven to create an environment that promotes hands-on learning for children at all abilities and through all stages of the learning process. She is well versed in collaborating with other disciplines as well as fellow ABA professionals to best meet individual's unique needs. She completed her Master of Education Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. She attentive to the physical, emotional, intellectual, and social needs of each child and passionate about individualizing treatment plans.

    Walker graduated from Southern Utah University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in family services. While attending school he worked with adults with disabilities aged 18 to 45, providing direct support and assistance in developing client’s independent living skills. His first experience working with children was when he taught tennis lessons to children aged 6-15. Walker became a Registered Behavior Technician in September of 2021 and has loved his time working with children of all ages and abilities.
